any good suggestions for a date night spot? Something fancy(ish)? My girlfriend is moving from Indiana and I would love to show her what Austin has to offer but she is rather picky and I really want to wow her with something upscale with (hopefully) plenty of menu items.

Hi Becca, The basement of the Clay Pit is really romantic, it’s all stone and candles and they have lots of vegan Indian food. Sagra is an Italian place that has vegan menu if you ask. Second Bar + Kitchen doesn’t have vegan menu items but they are really good for putting together fancy vegan food. I think Lenoir is a really beautiful restaurant too and when we called ahead we had a great 4 course meal there.
